Feezy Spark

Feezy Spark is the AI assistant built into Feezy. It sets your institute up when you join, and after that it runs your day: you ask it things in plain language, and you tell it to do things, instead of hunting through screens.

Spark sits in the chat panel on every page of the app, and staff can also reach it over WhatsApp. If you are brand new, Getting Started covers the setup conversation.

Ask it anything

Type or say it however you like. Spark answers with one plain sentence first, then the detail.

• "How much did we collect this month?"
• "Who has not paid?"
• "Which batch has the most pending?"
• "How is Tellapur doing compared to Miyapur?"
• "Show me Ananya's full history."
• "Who pays late every month?"

Answers end with a next step, so you are never left at a dead end: see a pending list, and a Send reminders shortcut is right there.

Tell it to do things

• Add a member, with their fees and joining date, and their first payment link goes to the parent.
• Paste in a whole list, or attach a spreadsheet, and add everyone at once.
• Create a batch, create a fee, attach a fee to batches, or add an extra fee to one member.
• Record a cash payment: "Ravi's mother gave 2000 cash."
• Send a reminder to one member, a batch, everyone overdue, or everyone who owes from earlier months.
• Bring back a member who left.

It always confirms first

Nothing is written until you say yes. Spark shows one clear sentence describing exactly what is about to happen, with the real amounts and the real number of people, and the full detail is one tap away. If a message is going out, you see the exact message first.

Most things can be undone for five minutes afterwards. The serious ones, waiving a fee, cancelling dues, removing a member, or moving someone between batches, are owner-only, ask twice, need a reason, and say plainly that they cannot be undone.

Everything it does is on the record

Settings > Spark Actions lists everything Spark has ever done for your institute, newest first, who asked for it, and the most serious actions highlighted. Nothing happens quietly.

Spark also respects each staff member's own permissions. It will not show a coordinator something only an owner should see, and it will not offer someone an action they are not allowed to take.

In your language, typed or spoken

Spark understands English, Telugu, Hindi, romanised text, and any mix of them, and always replies in simple English. Misspelled names are fine: "anaya" finds Ananya. When two people match, it asks which one rather than guessing.

There is a microphone button too, so you can speak instead of typing. You always see what it heard, and can edit it, before anything is sent.

What it will not do

Some things are deliberately kept out of chat, because a form does them better. Fees with discount or fine rules, and very long member lists, hand you straight to the right screen with it already open. Over WhatsApp, Spark will not handle money, spreadsheets, or new records at all; those stay inside the app.
