1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Feezy website, mobile application, or services (together, the Platform), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and ConvertEdge Technologies Private Limited, the company that operates Feezy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Feezy. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Where an institute enrols members who are minors, the institute and the parent or guardian are responsible for that member's use, and minors must not create their own login.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide during account setup. In particular, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you
• Not sharing access with unauthorised individuals

Notify us promptly at hello@feezy.one if you suspect unauthorised use. Feezy may restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

4. What Feezy Does

Feezy is software that helps institutes such as academies, studios, gyms, hostels, and societies manage fees, send reminders, and collect payments from their members. Feezy provides the tools; the institute owns the relationship with its members.

• Feezy is a technology provider, not a bank, lender, or financial institution
• Feezy does not set fee amounts, refund terms, or enrolment decisions; the institute does
• Feezy does not hold your money beyond the time a payment takes to settle through the payment partner

Features may change as we improve the Platform.

5. Fees, Payments & Payouts

Payments made through Feezy are processed by our regulated partners, Razorpay and Cashfree. Collected fees are settled to the institute through the payment partner.

• You agree to provide accurate payment information for any transaction
• Payment instruments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways and are not stored by Feezy
• Feezy or its partners may charge platform or processing fees, which will be disclosed before you incur them

Feezy is not responsible for the underlying goods or services an institute provides in exchange for a fee.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are decided and issued by the institute that collected the fee, under that institute's own policy. Feezy does not independently issue refunds.

• Raise any refund request with your institute directly
• Report a transaction discrepancy within 30 days of the payment
• Chargebacks raised with your bank follow the payment partner's process and the applicable network rules

Feezy will support institutes and members in resolving genuine disputes but is not the merchant of record for the fee.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the security, performance, or functionality of the Platform
• Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content

Feezy reserves the right to restrict or suspend access if these rules are broken.

8. Intellectual Property

The Feezy Platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by ConvertEdge Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without our consent
• Data you upload, such as member and fee records, remains yours; you grant Feezy the permission needed to store and process it
• Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Platform

Unauthorised commercial use of our materials is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services such as payment gateways, messaging providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

• Feezy is not responsible for outages or errors caused by a third party
• You are responsible for reviewing the terms of any linked service
• Integrations may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion

10. Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols
• Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel and your own institute
• You may request export or deletion of your data at any time

To exercise your deletion right, submit a Data Deletion Request and we will handle it over email.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation
• We do not guarantee any particular collection outcome or business result
• Information on the Platform is for general purposes and is not legal, tax, or financial advice

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; where that applies, the exclusions above may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertEdge Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

• Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to Feezy in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not liable for loss caused by your acts or those of third parties
• You agree to indemnify Feezy against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Feezy at any time, and we may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached or the law requires it.

• You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time
• Some clauses survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
• On termination, your data is retained or deleted in line with the Privacy Policy

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have under applicable consumer law.

We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law, or how we operate. Material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably possible.

• The Last Updated date below shows when the Terms were last revised
• Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms
• If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the Platform
