Events

Annual days, workshops, tournaments, demo classes, summer camps: every institute runs them, and most still manage them with a Google Form, a WhatsApp broadcast, and a paper list at the desk. Feezy Events replaces all of that. You create the event once, share a single link, and Feezy handles registrations and online payments for you.

Events works the same way whether you run a coaching academy, a dance studio, or a gym (your students and parents register for an annual day; a gym's members register for a Saturday bootcamp).

Creating a priced or free event

Sign in at app.feezy.one and open Events. An event can be completely free, or it can have a ticket price in ₹. While creating it you set:

• Name and description. What the event is and why someone should come.
• Dates. A single evening or a multi-day camp.
• Location. The venue where the event happens.
• Price. Leave it free, or set the ticket amount attendees pay when they register.
• Optional add-ons. Extras that attendees can choose while registering, for example a kit, a costume, or meals.
• Discount coupons. Coupon codes you can share for early registrations or a specific group.

When you publish, the event goes live with its own shareable link.

The public registration page

Every published event gets a clean public page carrying your event details. Anyone with the link can open it, read about the event, and register from their phone. Share the link wherever your audience already is: WhatsApp groups, Instagram, your notice board.

The page also travels with your presence elsewhere on Feezy:

• If your institute has a Feezy-built public website, your published events are listed on it automatically.
• If your institute is listed in the manch.one directory, your upcoming events appear on your institute's directory page, where new families can discover and register for them.

How attendees register and pay

Registration happens entirely on the attendee's phone:

1. They open the event link and fill in their details.
2. For a paid event, they pay online by card or UPI as part of registering. The registration is confirmed once the payment goes through.
3. For a free event, there is no payment step and the confirmation is instant.

Your existing students and parents do not need the link at all. They can discover and register for your events directly inside the Feezy mobile app and the web payer portal, alongside their regular fees.

Announcing an event to your batches

Once an event is published, you do not have to forward the link batch by batch. From the event, one click notifies your students and parents about it. This is the fastest way to fill an annual day or a workshop: publish, announce, and watch the registrations come in.

Where event money shows up

Event income is kept strictly separate from your fee collections. This matters more than it sounds:

• Your fee collection numbers and pending fee lists stay about fees only. A big tournament weekend does not inflate or distort your monthly collection picture.
• Event income is reported on its own, so you always know what came from tickets and what came from regular fees, and your accountant can book the two separately.

Availability

Events is switched on for institutes by the Feezy team, so you may not see it in your account yet. If you would like it enabled, write to hello@feezy.one or message the team on WhatsApp support, and they will set it up for you.
